• You create creatives for social media channels (static images, videos) for some of the most exciting brands on the market • Contribute creative ideas to elevate our social media ads to the next level • Analyze the performance of our videos and work closely with our performance marketing team to achieve optimal results • Bring our videos to life with professional overlays and engaging animations, including calls-to-action and end cards • Research current trends and best practices in social media marketing
• You are the creative backbone of our performance campaigns and work closely with our performance team, which sets the strategic direction. • Your task: to turn that strategy into concrete ideas, copy, scripts and creative briefs so that numbers become real winning creatives. • You translate strategic directives from the performance team into winning creatives. • You research trends, target audiences and competitors (e.g., using Ad Library, TikTok, ChatGPT) • You write copy, hooks and storylines that drive clicks & conversions • You create scripts & briefs for creators, editors and, if applicable, founders • You collaborate closely with media buyers & editors, provide feedback, prioritize assets and keep an overview • You evaluate creatives using clear KPIs (hook rate, CTR, ROAS, etc.) • You structure creative tests (e.g., using a testing matrix, awareness stages) and derive learnings
