Role Description Unrivaled Sports is building the nation’s most exciting, community-driven youth sports brand—and we’re looking for a full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be the architect of our customer ecosystems, transforming data, product offerings, and brand vision into high-performing automated flows and high-impact campaigns. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will sit at the intersection of our Data, Product/Programming, and Marketing teams to ensure every customer touchpoint is contextual, valuable, and drives long-term loyalty. - Strategy Development: Own the end-to-end customer journey. Identify key milestones for user engagement, optimize lifecycles, build effective segmentation, and lead automation. - Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy automated sequences and pulse campaigns to support customer engagement and drive long-term retention. - Scalable Operations Expert: Be a functional leader by creating templates, documentation, and self-service tools that empower teams to execute high-velocity campaigns independently while staying within the guardrails of our technical infrastructure and brand standards. - Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and customer success to refine lead-nurture strategies and sales handoff workflows. - Technology Infrastructure: Research and drive technology infrastructure decision-making creating scalable solutions across the business (email, CRM, SMS, etc.). - Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in lifecycle marketing, AI-driven personalization, and new engagement channels. - Channel Compliance: Ensure all communications comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR regulations, maintaining industry standards for deliverability and best practices. Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of experience in email & lifecycle marketing experience. - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs and campaigns from concept to completion. - Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR laws. Familiarity with Salesforce. - Proficiency in creating detailed reports, analyzing metrics, and translating complex data into actionable insights. - Ability to manage projects independently and work in fast-paced environment. - Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Partnership Marketing Manager

Role Description The Partnership Marketing Manager will play an integral role supporting Unrivaled Sports' growing portfolio of national strategic partnerships. This role will manage partner relationships and best-in-class partner activations with an eye towards maximizing partner-specific value. This position will also interface with various departments across the company to support partnership initiatives and help drive partner growth and retention. This role reports to the Senior Director of Partnership Marketing. - Act as day-to-day contact for current partners, onboarding and managing relationships. - Manage activation schedule; calendaring, planning, and executing activations working with key internal and external stakeholders. - Liaise with the Unrivaled Sports network of venue and league operators to understand specific constraints and needs. - Work with the Partnership Marketing team members to enhance current partnership activations, identify new revenue opportunities, and provide additional strategic value for partnerships. - Maintain benchmarks and collect & report documentation of partnership activity, including content and data. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 3-6 years of partner marketing, account management, or campaign experience, ideally with a league, agency, or team. - Proven expertise in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and events. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong cross-functional and partner relationship skills. - Proven project management, communication, and organization; detail-oriented and deadline-driven. - Collaborative team player excited to support a mission-driven organization during a high-growth phase.
