• Receive, analyze and perform the initial triage of support tickets • Identify issues and collect information for technical diagnosis • Assist customers in resolving questions related to the platform’s services • Perform basic checks on servers, applications and hosted services • Interpret logs and metrics to support technical investigations • Escalate incidents to the responsible teams when necessary • Follow up on tickets, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customers • Document procedures, solutions and customer support best practices • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and the customer experience
• You will be responsible for end-to-end content strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn — from positioning to editorial planning, from format development to data interpretation. • Define a multi-format editorial strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn (pillars, authority arcs, sequencing, and audience growth). • Conduct content research with proprietary angles, based on trends, data, and contextual analysis. • Build content with persuasive architecture (open loops, narrative tension, and strategic progression). • Write scripts for Reels focused on retention (pattern interrupt, transitions, and audiovisual dynamics). • Develop visual identity applied to content (hierarchy, contrast, typography, and attention cues). • Analyze metrics and KPIs (reach, saves, shares, qualitative engagement, and algorithmic distribution). • Turn data into practical editorial decisions. • Use AI for research, ideation, refinement, and content optimization.
• Video production and on-camera presentation: recording and presenting videos for YouTube, Instagram and other platforms; • Serve as the face of the brand in digital content; • Create scripts and content ideas aligned with the company’s strategy; • Ensure clear, educational and engaging communication in videos; • Content management and strategy: planning and executing digital content campaigns; • Coordinate with the marketing team to build strategies; • Participate in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns; • Performance tracking: monitor metrics such as engagement, reach, retention and growth; • Analyze content performance for continuous optimization; • Propose data-driven improvements.
• Welcome onboarding for clients: Sending introductory emails/WhatsApp messages with your introduction, next steps, support channels and useful links (portal, FAQ, knowledge base) • Onboarding and initial steps calls via Meet/Zoom • Presenting the product and how features will support the client's operations • Ongoing follow-up for existing accounts and new clients joining the portfolio • Proactive actions based on Health Score alerts to prevent churn • Conducting QBR (Quarterly Business Review) processes with portfolio clients via calls • Deliver trainings, guides and recommendations to facilitate adoption and client success • Daily monitoring of your Account Manager channel on WhatsApp • Work with a strategic view over your portfolio to identify the best opportunities for upsell and cross-sell • Work against revenue expansion targets as one of the main focuses of the role • Strong command of key CS metrics such as MRR, CSAT, NRC, NPS, conversion rates, GRR, among others.
• Create page layouts (landing pages, microsites, corporate pages) in Figma, aligned with the brand's visual identity. • Build and publish pages in Framer, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience. • Collaborate with the content/copy team to turn copy into clear, scannable, conversion-focused interfaces. • Structure sections with a clear visual hierarchy (headlines, subheadings, social proof, CTAs, forms, etc.). • Ensure a mobile-first experience, reviewing each page across different resolutions. • Organize and standardize visual components (buttons, grids, reusable sections) into simple design systems. • Select, edit, and crop images in Photoshop, maintaining consistency with the brand identity. • Maintain brand consistency (typography, colors, icons, spacing, visual tone). • Make minor HTML/CSS adjustments when needed to fix layout details. • Collaborate with the growth/marketing teams on A/B tests for pages and visual elements (headlines, CTAs, sections).
