• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ultralytics Platform across annotation, training, and deployment. • Define market positioning, packaging, and usage-based pricing for B2B and self-serve growth. • Translate platform capabilities into simple user value for developers, teams, and enterprises. • Partner with Engineering to ship products built with Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, and Vercel. • Drive product specs, prioritization, and execution across ML infrastructure, model training, and deployment workflows. • Improve activation, retention, and expansion through product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback. • Lead and scale a high-performing product function across Madrid, Shenzhen, London, and remote collaborators. • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, Support, and Leadership to align roadmap and business goals. • Engage with the open-source ecosystem through our community and developer-facing guides.

• Research, design, and build novel neural network architectures for next-generation YOLO models. • Develop core components including backbones, necks, heads, attention modules, and efficient building blocks. • Read, reproduce, and extend cutting-edge papers into working model architectures from scratch. • Run rigorous ablation studies and large-scale architecture experiments across standard benchmarks. • Improve accuracy, latency, and scaling through distillation, pruning, and quantization-aware design. • Build training recipes and evaluation pipelines for detection, segmentation, pose, and new vision tasks. • Partner with R&D and engineering teams to turn research ideas into production-ready open-source models. • Contribute to foundational model initiatives that support future YOLO and broader vision systems. • Take ownership of assigned R&D tasks beyond architecture work and solve problems efficiently and correctly.

• Manage community interactions and technical maintenance across all Ultralytics GitHub repositories. • Monitor and respond to GitHub issues and GitHub Actions alerts • Maintain and improve Docker environments • Manage package distributions through PyPI and Conda • Develop automated checks for documentation quality and consistency • Triage and reproduce reported issues • Review and merge community Pull Requests • Update documentation and guides on docs.ultralytics.com • Support users in GitHub Discussions • Collaborate with the ML team on new features and models

• Researching, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art LLMs • Developing APIs and tools to enable seamless integration of LLM functionalities • Optimizing model performance for scalability and efficiency • Collaborating with the team to create innovative AI-driven solutions • Implementing automated checks for data quality and pipeline reliability • Supporting the integration of LLMs with Ultralytics solutions and workflows • Building internal company tools leveraging LLM capabilities • Designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications • Enhancing query enrichment, reranking, and search relevance systems • Ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and ISO standards • Engaging with the open-source community to promote adoption and gather feedback • Writing and maintaining technical documentation and guides • Staying at the forefront of LLM advancements and sharing insights with the team
