Role Description We are looking for an Ad Operations & Insights Manager to support our Performance Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations, performance analytics, and data collaboration. - Ensure campaigns are set up correctly. - Monitor campaign performance. - Translate results into actionable insights. - Work closely with the Data team to improve internal models by providing real-world campaign learnings. Qualifications - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of performance marketing (CPA, ROAS, funnels). - Experience working with dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets. - SQL or data querying knowledge. - High attention to detail. - Ability to explain data and insights clearly. - Experience working with data teams or models. Requirements - Curious and data-driven. - Detail-oriented and structured. - Comfortable working across teams (CSS, Data, Monetization, Product). - Proactive in identifying problems and opportunities. - Able to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
