• Partner with GTM leadership to design and operationalize revenue strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Own revenue planning and forecasting, including capacity, territories, quotas, and pipeline health • Lead GTM and sales operations: pipeline management, deal governance, pricing, and approvals • Design and administer compensation and incentive plans in partnership with Finance and HR • Own and optimize the RevOps tech stack (CRM, forecasting, CPQ, BI) and ensure data integrity • Deliver clear reporting and insights to guide leadership decisions • Act as a cross-functional connector and lead key GTM initiatives • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
• Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business • Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.) • Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) • Identify buying signals and tailor outreach based on account activity • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in CRM • Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets
• Serve as the strategic owner of key GSI and agency strategy, executive relationships, joint business planning, and ongoing account engagement. • Build and execute co-sell / sell-to strategies that materially contribute to quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets. • Create and operationalize integrated go-to-market plans with partners that include joint pipeline creation, marketing initiatives, events, and solution positioning. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to enable partner-oriented efforts and co-innovation. • Build and manage relationships at the C-suite and senior leadership levels across partner orgs and internally.
