Contracts Paralegal Contract Carlsbad, California Contract Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a West Coast life sciences corporation in their search for a Temporary Contracts Paralegal to work on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - At least 5 years of experience supporting life sciences companies as a paralegal. - Draft and review contracts from company templates, including commercial agreements, clinical trial agreements, MSAs, and SOWs. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key. - Familiarity with contract review for alignment with client needs and corporate interests. - Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication. - Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior. Key Job Responsibilities - Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide legal services on various matters. NOTE: The hourly rate will be determined based on candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
