• You will generate revenue that meets or exceeds goals • Establish strategic relationships with clients and agency teams in the New York City and select East Coast markets • Sell full suite of Trusted Media Brands advertising solutions across Streaming, Social, Digital, Video, Programmatic, Data, Custom Content and Print • You will use research and insights to develop proactive and requested marketing programs • You will cultivate relationships to increase business from existing accounts and build new revenue by breaking new accounts • You have a solid understanding of marketplace needs based on client feedback and are able to use this knowledge to work with the marketing and ad products team to develop strong proposals and proactive ideas for your clients • You will provide regular reporting and forecasting
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, creative agencies, production companies, and other potential clients • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Develop tailored licensing solutions to meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our video content library • Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts with a focus on securing long-term relationships and maximizing revenue • Secure large-scale licensing agreements and network agency contracts to be preferred vendor for UGC video and clearance services • Educate clients, especially brands and agencies, on the value and power of UGC in storytelling, campaigns, and creative work • Present compelling use cases, data, and creative solutions to help agencies and brands integrate UGC into their strategies • Act as a thought leader, participating in discussions, workshops, and events to position our company as a leader in UGC-driven licensing solutions
• Analyze and model large, sometimes complex, datasets, including web traffic, user behavior, engagement funnels, and video and content metadata • Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models for forecasting, user segmentation, and content performance optimization tasks • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and workflows using GCP and BigQuery for data ingestion and transformation • Leverage machine learning and AI techniques to improve decision-making, including experimentation, ranking, scoring and automation use cases • Collaborate with product, business verticals, operations and engineering teams to align initiatives with technical and business objectives and KPIs • Build dashboards and visualizations that provide visibility into performance, tends and opportunities across the business • Translate insights into clear recommendations that influence strategy and prioritization to stakeholders • Optimize queries and workflows in SQL and Python for performance, reliability and efficiency • Continuously evaluate new capabilities and tools to improve efficiency, insight generation and business outcomes
