Role Description Tru Treasury is seeking a strategic thinker and experienced treasury management professional to join their Advisory Practice as a Senior Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and client-facing skills who can translate operational treasury management experience into strategic recommendations and polished executive-level deliverables for credit unions and community banks. The Senior Consultant owns engagement workstreams from discovery through delivery. You will: - Lead client-facing analysis. - Build the deliverables that drive the recommendation. - Partner with the Practice Lead and SMEs to shape strategy and earn renewals. This role is for someone who has operated inside a treasury management function and now wants to translate that experience into prescriptive advice for executive teams at credit unions and community banks. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 7+ years of experience in financial services, including treasury management, commercial banking, payments, or treasury consulting environments. - Hands-on experience building, supporting, or optimizing treasury management programs within a bank, credit union, or financial institution. - Working knowledge of treasury products and operations, including ACH and wire processing, fraud and risk management, onboarding, pricing strategy, vendor management, and digital treasury platforms. - Strong executive presence with the ability to facilitate conversations and working sessions across all levels of an organization. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including financial modeling, executive presentations, and structured deliverable development. - Ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, actionable recommendations for financial institutions. - Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engagement timelines. Requirements - Prior consulting experience at a Big 4, boutique consulting firm, or treasury advisory practice. - VP, Director, or Senior Manager-level experience inside a treasury management function at a community bank, regional bank, or credit union. - Familiarity with core platforms common in the credit union and community bank space (Symitar, DNA, Corelation, Q2, Alkami) and with treasury product platforms (Bottomline, Q2 Treasury, Finzly, FedNow rails). - CTP, AAP, or equivalent treasury credentials. - Experience with ACH risk underwriting, BSA/AML touchpoints in commercial banking, and FFIEC examination expectations. Treasury Management Support Specialist

Role Description Tru Treasury is seeking a full-time Treasury Management Support Specialist! The Treasury Management Support Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding and ongoing servicing of Treasury Management products for CU Member Business (CUMB) clients. This position will interact with Treasury Management sales staff, product management, member service, deposit operations, and strategic vendor partner operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Treasury Management product suite, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Onboarding: - Manage and execute all tasks associated with the onboarding of Treasury Management products and services including: - Provide and review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution. - Implement applicable treasury products as stated in relevant client procedure. - Communicate directly with clients regarding all aspects of the onboarding process including progress updates, deliverables, testing requirements and results. - Ensure that product onboarding timelines and SLAs are met. - Provide all end user training. - Servicing: - Take calls referred by initial contact center regarding TM product and service issues. - Resolve client issues through problem identification and resolution skills including coordination with other production and support areas as needed for timely and effective resolution. - Follow identified escalation protocols. - Work closely with Treasury Management Sales, Vendor partners, and CU operations staff as needed. - Document and track client issues for management reporting and to identify product and process improvements or clients at risk due to frequent problems. - Provide customer training and support as needed on the use of TM Products. - Other Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain an advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services from both a user functionality and back office production perspective. - Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems and products. - Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with policies and Federal regulations. - Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures of the credit union and Tru Treasury. - Cross-train in other areas of Treasury Management Services and Operations as needed. - Occasional Sales: - Assist credit union member services in the non-complex sale of treasury solutions. - Train member services on ways to identify treasury sales opportunities. - Sell treasury products and services directly to the credit union business members. - Identify cross-sell opportunities. - Create proformas to show treasury product pricing to business members. - Mentor new Onboarding Specialists, including training of new associates as needed. - Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or (GED) required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - 3-5 years' experience in a Treasury Management customer service or onboarding environment. - Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines while adapting to changing conditions. - Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. - Strong computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong verbal and written communications skills. - Strong planning and organizational skills.
