• Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Create interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using React • Implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs and database interactions • Design, maintain, and optimize MongoDB databases • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes for them • Optimize code for performance and scalability • Stay current on relevant industry trends, technologies and best practices • Collaborate across teams in an agile environment • Mentor junior developers as needed

• Develop deep understanding of Troopr’s product and how it solves customer pain points. • Analyze and document all possible user workflows • Organize the product's information and features in a logical and intuitive manner • Create user experiences that simplifies complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interactions. • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize and communicate design concepts. • Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all aspects of the product. • Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products. • Lead and mentor junior designers. • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for design team members.
