• Grow Trimax sales and market share across Germany • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager for Europe to develop and execute a clear growth strategy for Germany • Build and strengthen relationships with distributor partners, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and commercially effective • Generate customer demand through regular product demonstrations, customer visits, and field activity • Conduct professional product demonstrations that clearly communicate Trimax’s performance, quality, and value • Provide technical product advice and support to customers and distributors, acting as a trusted expert in the field • Attend industry shows and build a strong relationship with applicable associations to grow Trimax’s brand presence • Represent Trimax professionally and consistently, contributing to long term sustainable growth.
