Role Description We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Specialist who functions as a "high-level thinker." This role goes beyond simple data entry; you will be the operational engine responsible for gathering assets from external builder websites and translating them into accurate property listings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who doesn't get "stuck" by minor obstacles. You must have the ability to problem-solve independently, navigating various digital platforms to find the information needed to move a project forward. - Asset Retrieval: Proactively visit external builder websites to identify and "grab" necessary marketing assets, technical specs, and property details. - Basic Floor Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret basic floor plans to identify key features like room counts, master suite locations, and bathroom configurations. - Property Documentation: Capture and document detailed information from builder materials, including exterior images, square footage, and parking details. - Listing Management: Ensure all property data is accurate and consistent before submission to MLS platforms—similar to high-level MLS input/screening. - Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to validate that listing information aligns with the source documents provided by builders. - Problem Solving: Act as a front-line troubleshooter. You are expected to resolve everyday hurdles independently, escalating only highly unusual or complex situations to the COO. - High-Level Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" of a listing and ensure all moving parts are accounted for without constant supervision. - Basic Floor Plan Literacy: Comfortable reading standard architectural layouts to extract property specifications. - Independent Problem Solver: A "figure-it-out" attitude. We need someone who can navigate roadblocks without getting lost at the smallest detail. - Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry is non-negotiable to maintain the integrity of our listing inventory. - Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MLS systems, and navigating various external web portals. Qualifications - Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek. - Flexible to work in the US timezone, Monday to Friday. - Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup. - Possession of a laptop or desktop meeting the minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system. - Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS. Benefits - Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a basic monthly salary of $850. - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Accumulate up to 12 Paid Time Off days per year, providing flexibility for personal and vacation needs. - Paid Holidays: Recognize and celebrate US Holidays with paid time off. - Full-Time Remote Work: Embrace the flexibility of a full-time work-from-home arrangement, allowing you to create a comfortable and efficient workspace in the comfort of your home.
