• Design, implement, and maintain features across Laravel APIs and React/TypeScript applications • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions • Improve performance through efficient data access, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing • Write and maintain automated tests using Pest • Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering standards • Contribute to deployment workflows and development environments using Docker and GitLab • Support production troubleshooting using Loki/Grafana and structured logging practices

• Design, develop, and enhance features for the company’s software products • Ensure code is thoroughly tested through unit and integration tests • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET technologies • Work closely with the QA team to maintain high application quality and improve automated testing coverage • Collaborate with DevOps team to optimize deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines • Actively contribute to technical discussions to improve design patterns, architectures, and coding conventions • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team

• Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth • Create and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align business development initiatives with company goals • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure profitable deals • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to senior management
