They are looking for a BI Engineer—ideal for a strong graduate or someone with up to 3 years’ experience—who is passionate about data, problem-solving, and building smart, scalable solutions in a fully remote environment. Duties & Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing: - Unlock Insights from Data - Analyse and extract data to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making - Support & Enhance Systems - Work closely with internal teams to maintain and improve core software platforms - Solve Technical Challenges - Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimisation - Bridge Business & Tech - Translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions - Drive Continuous Improvement - Contribute to ongoing enhancements in an agile, fast-paced environment Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong academic results (graduates encouraged to apply) - Up to 3 years’ experience in a data/BI/software-related role (advantageous) - Solid SQL skills, including writing complex queries - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Basic understanding of web applications and software systems - Exposure to ASP.NET is beneficial - Experience with Python, Perl, or other scripting languages is a plus - Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup - Strong communication skills Remote Requirements - Reliable high-speed fibre internet connection - Backup power solution (UPS, inverter, or generator) Package & Remuneration - R26000 - R34000 ctc pm depending on experience
