UI / UX Designer Department: Engineering / Product / Design Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Remote - USA Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 / year Description This is a full-time, W-2 temporary position for up to 12 months, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. As our UI/UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex software requirements and intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. You won't just be pushing pixels; you’ll be developing and executing design strategies that empower the churches and organizations we serve. Working closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads, you will serve as a key advocate for the user, ensuring we solve the right problems with elegant, sustainable, and high-impact solutions. Primary Responsibilities of the Role - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements, identify technical constraints, and advocate for the end user. - Map out the user journey through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to ensure a logical and frictionless experience. - Design intuitive UI elements—from navigation systems and search functionality to interactive widgets—that feel seamless and modern. - Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and aesthetic direction to stakeholders. - Create original graphic assets, sketches, and layout designs that align with the organization’s brand identity. - Present drafts to internal teams, identify UX friction points (such as responsiveness or accessibility issues), and refine designs based on real-world user feedback. - Maintain and evolve our design language, ensuring strict adherence to style standards for typography, color theory, and iconography. Role Description As a Performance Marketer, you will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns that help more churches discover Tithe.ly’s tools. Your efforts will focus on driving measurable growth by getting our brand and product suite in front of the right audiences at the right time. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to execute targeted, scalable campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately support the mission of equipping churches with the technology they need to thrive. Primary Responsibilities of the Role - Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms to drive awareness, leads, and customer acquisition with an emphasis on Google Ads and Meta. - Manage and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword management, negative keyword implementation, bid adjustments, and ad copy refreshes. - Own day-to-day campaign performance, monitoring key metrics and making data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. - Run structured testing and experimentation across messaging, targeting, channels, and creative to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition. - Produce ad copy and basic creative assets to support campaign execution and speed to launch. - Partner with internal teammates to test and improve landing page performance through A/B testing and conversion optimization. - Analyze campaign data and attribution signals to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement. - Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and operate efficiently.
