• Partner with product management to decompose problems, surface and weigh options, and define design solutions. • Lead design product discovery through customer interviews, workshops, and collaborative ideation. • Conceptualize and design intuitive user flows and information architecture to support complex administrative workflows. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our web applications. • Collaborate with engineering to design feasible solutions that take into account technical constraints. • Support and contribute to our growing design system, ensuring a cohesive platform experience. • Conduct user interviews and usability testing, asking questions that uncover hidden assumptions and lead to innovative discoveries. • Prototype and validate ideas quickly before committing to full development cycles.

• Build and close pipeline across a defined territory, with a target of ~$1M+ in new annual bookings • Engage district leadership (Superintendents, CAOs, Assistant Superintendents of Curriculum & Instruction, CTOs) in high-impact, consultative sales conversations • Translate district priorities (academic outcomes, staffing constraints, budget pressures) into a compelling case for change • Leverage and expand your network to open doors and accelerate trust within target districts • Partner cross-functionally with Success, Product, and Leadership to ensure strong deal execution and long-term outcomes • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

• Support discovery in a new area, in collaboration with Product, Success, and other business stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product to rapid build initial prototypes and MVPs, owning the engineering workflow to identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions. • Drive technical decisioning and buildout, rightsizing our architecture early to balance time to market and support for future iterations and integrations. • Facilitate quick iteration and learning by applying customer feedback to initial delivered prototypes. • Communicate progress and findings, engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and implement feedback

• Lead early product discovery in a new area to identify and prioritize customer problems • Lead ideation and design exercises to generate potential solutions • Write product stories that include the “why,” “what,” and “when” • Collaborate with Engineering stakeholders to build initial prototypes and MVPs • Establish goal- and metric-setting processes with Engineering • Engage with potential customers to ideate and gather feedback • Foster a culture of delivering value by setting and adjusting milestones • Communicate product decisions with clarity and enthusiasm

• Identify, prioritize, design and deliver technical platform solutions • Engage with engineering stakeholders for pain points and opportunities • Drive key technology decisions for software maintenance • Own production availability with observability practices • Mentor junior engineers and promote collaboration
