• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, and strategies for partnerships • Strategically identify new partners for THSC and facilitate outreach as THSC’s first point of contact • Collaborate and negotiate with potential THSC partners • Create and oversee processes for THSC members to receive benefits from the partner • Serve as the ongoing liaison between THSC and the partner to make sure they receive everything that was promised in the “partnership deal” • Periodic follow-ups with existing partners including analysis of partnerships in driving new THSC memberships, membership retention and increased revenue. • Working with THSC leadership, Events, Marketing, Technology, and other teams as applicable to: Create and manage sales funnel for partnerships and other projects • Manage sales strategy and communications around major events • Maintain THSC systems and processes for regular sales tracking and communication
