We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Capability Coach to uplift the performance of our New Zealand Field Sales teams through exceptional coaching, training, and in‑field support. Why this role matters You’ll shape the quality of every sales conversation our Business Advisors have. From designing standout training experiences to joining real customer appointments, you’ll embed confidence, structure, and capability across NZ. Your influence directly strengthens the success of local small businesses. What you’ll do - Deliver engaging, high‑impact training that builds product knowledge and sales skill. - Coach in the field, model effective sales behaviours, and embed best‑practice frameworks. - Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Thryv platform, supporting complex product and customer challenges. - Collaborate with leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, uplift results, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. Qualifications - Strong experience coaching and developing sales teams in live environments. - Ability to simplify complex product detail into clear customer value. - Confident communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills. - Adaptability, critical thinking, and a passion for helping people grow. - A proactive, positive approach to improving performance and capability.
