• Logistical Routing & Matching : Own the day-to-day deployment of instructional staff, independently solving multi-variable scheduling constraints across NYC transit routes, virtual time zones, and client preferences. • Team Management : Direct, train, and manage operational support staff (coordinators and virtual assistants) responsible for data entry, billing, and baseline scheduling tasks. • Premium Client Management : Act as the definitive point of contact for high-expectation B2C clients. • Systems Architecture : Build and maintain advanced spreadsheet models and CRM pipelines to track tutor utilization, student progress, and operational bottlenecks. • Capacity Planning : Identify gaps in tutor capacity across specific subjects or geographic zones and trigger recruitment or training workflows to resolve them proactively.
