• With support from experienced colleagues, you will strengthen our team in acquiring new customers and in servicing existing clients. • By being involved in project activities, you will gain knowledge in quality management and quality assurance. • You identify needs in conversations with prospects and contribute to the development of our service portfolio. • You manage customer relationships from initial contact through contract conclusion, during project execution, and in subsequent customer support. • You will be gradually introduced to your new responsibilities and to independent sales activities.

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will support our clients in projects related to IT compliance: risk analyses, designing and implementing measures to ensure product quality and product safety. • Support in process-based software selection and implementation. • You will acquire knowledge in quality management and quality assurance topics such as Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP and other current compliance issues relevant to the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. • You will be gradually introduced to your new responsibilities and to independent project management.
