It's a high-output, zero-hand-holding operator role for someone who wakes up thinking about creative systems, ships before they're asked, and treats a ROAS target like a personal challenge. • You'll be in the trenches producing performance video ads at incredible scale for platforms like Meta and AppLovin; and you'll be expected to constantly pressure-test new generative video tools, break them on purpose, and fold what works into a production system that gets smarter every sprint.

• Build, optimize, and maintain app performance marketing campaigns on Paid Social and/or DSP channels • Drive efficient new user acquisition to one of our flagship apps • Present weekly performance trends and campaign optimization recommendations • Execute continuous creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance • Spearhead AI research to improve Growth tooling • Monitoring and updating project trackers for media buying projects and creative testing
