• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise buyers. • Use AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive lead scoring, content personalization, and campaign optimization. • Manage paid media, email marketing, SEO, events, and webinars with a data-driven approach. • Leverage AI-powered platforms for campaign copywriting, A/B testing, ad creative variations, and outbound workflows. • Use marketing automation and CRM tools integrated with AI for lead tracking, nurturing, and scoring. • Experiment with AI analytics tools to generate insights, improve funnel performance, and support budget allocation decisions. • Partner with content and design teams to develop high-impact materials (landing pages, email sequences, white papers, case studies). • Ensure messaging resonates with key enterprise personas (HR, L&D, Operations, People Leaders), supported by AI-driven research and testing. • Collaborate with the sales team to define ICPs, refine messaging, and ensure smooth lead handoff. • Support ABM campaigns using AI for contact enrichment, personalization, and outreach automation. • Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. • Continuously iterate campaigns using insights from AI tools and analytics dashboards.
• Independently identify and close partnerships with high-impact value-added resellers (VARs), consultancies, SIs, and training integrators worldwide. • Prioritize partner opportunities based on business fit, influence, and revenue potential — not noise. • Build and refine a global partner roadmap by region, vertical, and use case. • Cultivate a strong personal and professional network of C-level operators, transformation consultants, and ecosystem enablers who can open strategic doors. • Represent OOOLAB at global conferences, webinars, and industry events to grow mindshare and establish presence. • Engage with channel thought leaders to position LearningOS at the center of modern enterprise L&D stacks. • Co-create go-to-market playbooks, joint value propositions, pricing bundles, and commercial structures. • Launch and manage scalable co-selling and co-marketing programs with top-tier partners. • Build and deliver onboarding, certification, and enablement programs that get partners selling quickly and confidently. • Use AI tools (e.g. GPT-4, Crossbeam, Reveal, CRM automation) to accelerate partner research, scoring, engagement, and reporting. • Own pipeline and ARR targets from the channel — this is a revenue-generating role. • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to track partner-influenced deals, measure ROI, and forecast accurately. • Conduct regular partner QBRs and iterate partnership success plans based on performance data.
