• The Network Apprentice role is designed to provide structured development within our company’s network function, combining day-to-day operational exposure with hands-on technical learning. • Working alongside experienced engineers, the apprentice will support network operations, service delivery, fault management, and documentation activities, while building the technical and professional skills required for a long-term career in telecommunications. • This role will give the apprentice exposure to carrier-grade network technologies, operational processes, and live service environments across both access and core infrastructure. • The apprentice will develop an understanding of how services are provisioned, supported, monitored, and maintained, while contributing to the wider goals of network stability, service quality, and continuous improvement. • Over time, the role is expected to develop into a more technically capable support and engineering position, aligned to either a Level 4 or Level 5 apprenticeship pathway.
