• Manage eCommerce stores (eg. HKTVmall), Product Listings upload, Pricing, Marketing Campaigns/ Deals/ Promotions, research and data analysis etc. • Assist in the business activities and projects of assigned channels including but not limited to daily order management, fulfillment, order forecast, inventory management, preparing business analysis reports and customer services • Customer research to competitor analysis, you will understand the landscape and what the customers need.
