• Support for client projects: Work closely with the Microsoft Cloud Solutions team to advise on, implement, and support Microsoft-based solutions in client projects. • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues within the Microsoft environment, including identifying solutions for system and software problems. • Installation and configuration of IT systems: Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft-based systems and applications (e.g., Office 365). • System and network administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks and endpoints to ensure operational stability. • Ticket handling and support: Process IT tickets and requests both within the internal team and directly with clients to ensure timely resolution of IT issues. • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of deployed IT hardware and manage inventories of devices and software.
