Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Marketing VA to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires someone who can plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy to build a meaningful and engaging digital presence. This position is remote in the Philippines. - Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc) - Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals - Create engaging posts, captions, and stories - Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction - Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies - Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices - Develop content including: short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), graphics and visual assets, written captions, and storytelling posts - Write effective scripts and hooks to capture the audience's attention - Assist in brand messaging and campaign ideas Qualifications - Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
