• Generate new business through sales calls, industry events, and hotel partnerships • Maintain ongoing relationships with hotel representatives and past clients • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to inquiries and leads • Collaborate with Creative Services and Operations teams to develop proposals and client solutions • Build rapport with suppliers, hoteliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution • Work with the creative team to craft tailored proposals, revisions, and follow-ups • Sell a variety of services including destination management, décor, team-building activities, and more • Proactively plan and strategize to meet and exceed sales goals, with bonuses for surpassing targets • Lead sales meetings, attend site inspections, and participate in networking events • Prepare proposals, contract, and oversee proposal follow-up • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless event execution and client support • Other duties as assigned
• Gather and analyze data to estimate the costs associated with projects, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare detailed time and cost estimates • Occasionally meet with clients to discuss project details and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations • Work closely with all departments, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to formulate accurate estimates and resolve any issues • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and proposals to clients, outlining the breakdown of costs • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitive and accurate estimates • Use specialized software for data analysis, cost estimation, and project management • Other duties as assigned
