Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management Office in Mexico, with strong experience in mobile app development. This is not a traditional PMO or corporate project management role — we need someone who can jump in immediately, take full ownership of the project, and move fast. You will work side by side with the technical team and client to ship a great consumer mobile product. You will own the backlog, coordinate daily with the client and the development team, run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and ensure consistent delivery. Ideally you have shipped consumer-facing mobile apps — food, delivery, loyalty, or similar — and thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments where you’re expected to operate proactively. You bring deep practical knowledge of how mobile apps are built, a product mindset, and the energy to lead execution from day one — with high autonomy and full ownership of outcomes. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or hands-on Project Manager with a strong focus on mobile app development and Agile delivery. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. - Solid understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android), including typical architectures, dev cycles, and QA processes. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, or similar). - Proficiency with project management tools such as Productive, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Proven experience in client communication and relationship management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Requirements - Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO) are a plus, but not required — we value real-world mobile product experience over credentials. - Proven track record shipping consumer-facing mobile apps (food, delivery, loyalty, or similar). - Practical experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end (Jira, Linear, or similar). - Experience acting as Product Owner or PM with full ownership of roadmap, priorities, and delivery — not just as a coordinator. - Experience with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar). - Experience in digital transformation, software development, or technology consulting projects. - Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, scripting) for workflow optimization. - Experience working with international clients and in a multicultural environment. - Additional European languages are a plus. Role Description We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to own and grow our LinkedIn presence — both for our company page and a senior leadership voice. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of content, community, and business growth. LinkedIn is a key channel for connecting with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and top talent. Responsibilities - Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page (content planning, publishing, and community management) - Create and publish 3 weekly posts for an executive’s personal LinkedIn (Tue/Wed/Thu) - Write a bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter (800–1,200 words) - Develop 2 promotional posts per podcast episode (launch + follow-up insights) - Send personalised connection requests to senior stakeholders (e.g., marketing and technology leaders) - Engage meaningfully with relevant content and conversations in the industry - Monitor and respond to comments in a timely manner during business hours - Identify and escalate relevant inbound messages - Track performance and deliver weekly metrics updates and monthly reports Qualifications - Experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand and/or executive profile - Strong writing skills — ability to adapt tone and write in someone else’s voice - Interest in AI, marketing, or digital transformation - Highly organized and self-driven — able to manage workflows independently - Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus) - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Content focus - AI use cases and business impact stories - Thought leadership on marketing and technology trends - Company milestones, growth updates, and partnerships - Podcast content and insights
