• own the client inquiry pipeline and monitor monthly inquiry trends • track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, inquiries, referral sources, conversion) • diagnose changes in inquiry volume and recommend adjustments to restore or increase client flow • coordinate SEO strategy, website improvements, and digital visibility efforts • oversee Google Business Profile and online reputation systems • identify and test marketing experiments (ads, landing pages, referral outreach, etc.) • coordinate with external vendors or contractors executing marketing work • provide clear monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership • oversee marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and strategy • other duties as assigned
