• Drive Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all eCommerce properties • Build, maintain, and optimize eCommerce funnels, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Troubleshoot tracking issues and partner with developers to resolve discrepancies and gaps in data • Analyze end-to-end eCommerce funnel performance to identify trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvement • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform prioritization and roadmap decisions • Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall revenue • Design, support, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization opportunities • Communicate insights, test results, and opportunity areas to cross-functional stakeholders including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Technology
