• Build and develop customer relationships around AI and automation topics • Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases • Conduct meetings, workshops, and appointments with clients and business units • Translate customer requirements into concrete solution approaches together with the AI team • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product team, and other customer-facing teams • Support building repeatable consulting and delivery models around AI • Document, prioritize, and internally communicate relevant requirements and insights derived from customer work • Actively shape and advance the AI topic within tegosgroup
• Advising our clients in the recycling industry from the initial idea through to the implementation of Microsoft Business solutions • Acting as the central point of contact for analysing existing processes and configuring our standard software products • Managing all phases of the project with a focus on deadlines, budget and quality • Organizing software presentations and training sessions for all stakeholders and users on the client side • Supporting the 'go-live' process
