• Compile monthly content request sheet received from SEO Team Leaders. • Allocate content to in-house and freelance writers. • Independently handle the procedure to assign and deliver content. • Independently handle clients - communication and deliverables. • Deliver editing targets - 8-10,000 words a day. • Coordinate multiple schedules of writers and allocate content according to their availability. • Compile and allocate any additional content requests on a timely basis. • Ensure clear and open communication between writers, clients and the team leaders. • Maintain a daily record of all the content received and sent to respective teams. • Ensure that work received from freelance writers is edited and sent to respective teams on a timely basis. • Develop a continuous and reliable pool of freelance writers for various client niches.
