About the Role We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead, scale, and optimize our sales organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. As Director of Sales, you will report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and play a critical role in achieving company-wide revenue and customer acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Junior AEs, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management - Run weekly sales meetings focused on pipeline strategy, performance, and KPIs - Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales performance, goals, and forecasts - Own and drive company sales targets, including: - - Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) - - Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) - - Total Contract Value (TCV) - - Net new customer growth - - Conversion rates across the funnel - Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities - Partner with Solutions Architects to ensure alignment on deals and successful execution against goals - Work with Sales Administration to maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM (HubSpot) data integrity - Collaborate with Marketing on identifying and maximizing opportunities at key events and conferences - Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to expand and strengthen the sales team Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with leadership experience preferred - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets - Experience in SaaS (strongly preferred) - Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry (strong advantage) - Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences (1–3 times per quarter, with occasional additional travel) - Strong familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot What We’re Looking For - Highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives under pressure - Strong leadership and coaching mindset with the ability to inspire teams - Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach - Personable, collaborative, and a strong cultural fit - Excellent communication and presentation skills Why Join Techdinamics - Be part of a high-growth SaaS company transforming fulfillment, logistics, and shipping technology - Direct impact on revenue and strategy — your leadership will shape the future of our sales organization - Innovative product suite (techSHIP, techTRACK, techOMS, and more) solving real-world challenges for 3PLs and brands - Collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability, innovation, and customer success - Opportunity to build and scale a team — not just manage one - Executive visibility and influence, working closely with leadership - Remote-first flexibility with a team that values results over micromanagement Compensation - Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus - Total compensation structure to be discussed based on experience and qualifications Location & Work Environment - Fully remote position - Must be based in North America - Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours Location Remote Department Sales & Marketing Employment Type Full-Time
