Role Description Your mission is to secure the resources that will allow Climate Dividends to sustain its impact. - Manage membership renewals (our back base) while boosting our HelloAsso page to make it a donation machine. - Identify calls for projects and write rock-solid applications. - Manage the follow-up of requests from funders where applicable. - Participate in the strategic financing reflection with the CEO. The subject is complex, the stakes are colossal, and the market is in full swing. We are not looking for executors, but for growth partners capable of grasping this complexity to transform it into concrete impact. Qualifications - Experience in fundraising. - Fluency in English (non-French-speaking funders identification and applications to fill out in English). - General ESG / impact / sustainable finance knowledge is a plus. Requirements - Start: May/June. - Rhythm / Duration: 1 to 2 month test then extension depending on strategy and results. - 100% Remote (you can easily meet up with someone from the team if you are based in Lyon / Marseille or Paris). - Remuneration to be discussed: fixed fee and/or success fee.
