Role Description This is a remote position. - Analyse fabric samples - Conduct laboratory testing in accordance with ASTM, ISO, and other international standards. - Reverse engineer textile products and fabrics with a high degree of accuracy. - Generate comprehensive technical specifications and development reports. Fabric Development & Innovation - Develop new fabric concepts based on customer and market requirements. - Recommend alternative materials, constructions, and finishing techniques to improve performance and cost efficiency. - Research emerging textile technologies, functional finishes, and innovative materials. - Lead fabric development projects from concept to commercialization. - Prepare detailed Tech Packs and technical specification sheets for manufacturing. - Establish quality standards, testing protocols, and product performance benchmarks. - Create development documentation and production guidelines. Sourcing & Factory Management - Identify, evaluate, and source suitable textile manufacturers and suppliers locally and internationally. - Communicate technical requirements with factories in Egypt, China, and other global sourcing markets. - Manage sample development, approvals, and production follow-up. - Support supplier qualification and performance evaluation processes. - Monitor sampling and bulk production quality. - Implement and oversee AQL inspection standards. - Ensure product consistency and compliance with technical specifications. - Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Textile R&D, Fabric Development, Material Innovation, or Fabric Technology. - Proven experience in fabric testing, textile laboratory analysis, and product development. - Demonstrated experience in fabric reverse engineering and technical specification development. - Strong understanding of: - Knitted and woven fabric construction - Textile chemistry and finishing processes - Fabric performance testing - ASTM and ISO testing standards - Garment and fabric technical documentation - Ability to independently analyse and replicate fabrics with high-performance matching accuracy. - Experience creating professional Tech Packs and technical specifications. - Strong factory sourcing and supplier management capabilities. - Experience working with international sportswear, underwear, activewear, or performance apparel brands.

• Manage and update the suppliers database including prices, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure all supporting documents such as invoices and delivery orders are properly recorded and filed. • Coordinate with site teams to arrange materials, compare prices, obtain approvals, and ensure timely delivery of required materials. • Monitor and update stock and asset records in coordination with the logistics team. • Maintain organized records and filing systems for LPOs, supplier catalogs, and purchasing documentation. • Prepare weekly reports related to assets, stock lists, purchase orders, pending materials, and project expenses. • Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment updates. • Negotiate with suppliers regarding delivery timelines, credit terms, and pricing. • Support pre-tender and post-tender activities by providing material price updates in coordination with the contracts and tendering department.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for wooden doors and fixed furniture • Coordinate drawings with Technical Office Manager and production teams • Ensure drawings reflect approved materials and specifications • Prepare production-ready drawings suitable for CNC machining • Assist in preparing drawing submittal packages and revisions

• Lead, manage, and develop the technical office team • Oversee preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings • Coordinate closely with Production Manager and factory supervisors • Approve and control materials and specifications • Ensure all technical outputs align with approved samples and mock-ups • Act as a key technical interface under the project manager • Propose value engineering solutions without compromising quality

• Proven experience in project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Experience in accounting related to IT or technology projects is highly preferred. • Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial controls, and closing activities. • Good hands-on experience using SAP systems as an end user (FI). • Ability to work remotely with distributed teams and meet reporting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Develop and manage digital marketing plans, campaigns, and calendars • Oversee online marketing activities across relevant digital channels • Analyze market trends and ensure alignment with target market dynamics • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts
