Role Description We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Specialist with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to the growth of our recruitment and HR services portfolio. This is a fully remote position offering a fixed monthly salary plus an attractive sales commission structure based on performance. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities for Recruitment and HR Outsourcing services. - Identify and engage potential clients across different industries. - Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking activities. - Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present Taj HR's service offerings. - Understand client hiring and HR operational needs and recommend suitable solutions. - Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience in lead generation and outbound sales. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Good command of English and Arabic. - Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. - Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
