Role Description Reporting directly to the Revenue Cycle Supervisor, the Denials Management Specialist will be responsible for: - Executing the denial appeals process, which includes receiving, assessing, documenting, tracking, responding to and/or resolving appeals with third-party payers in a timely manner. - Working closely with insurance companies to ensure proper review and processing of denied claims. - Identifying and tracking payer denials trends and working with the payers to correct any erroneous denials and collaborating with departments (i.e. Operations) to review and improve processes to avoid these denials in the future, including the review of documented coding guidelines. - Conducting relevant research to verify proper authorizations, contracted services, and patient benefits. - Maintaining data on the types of claims denied and root causes of denials and collaborating with team members to make recommendations for improvements and resolving issues. - Complying with State and Federal regulations, accreditation/compliance requirements, and policies, including those regarding fraud and abuse, confidentiality, and HIPAA. Maintaining current knowledge of rules and regulations of third-party payers. - Communicating effectively with 3rd party RCM vendor. - Leading all reconsideration requests with insurance payers. - Assisting with any assigned projects and analysis. Qualifications - Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, good judgment, and capable of making decisions with attention to detail. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate workload with high degree of proficiency and accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to locate and analyze VOB and UR trends. - Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and inquire about questions or discrepancies when appropriate. - Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal direct supervision. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills. - History of working in healthcare environment, with a minimum preference of 2 years' experience. - Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle. - Proven appeals and denial resolution experience. VOB/UR Specialist

Role Description The Utilization Review (UR) & Verification of Benefits (VOB) Specialist is responsible for auditing Verifications of Benefits, maintaining electronic health record (EHR) insurance information, and maintaining eligibility checks and authorizations on active clients. - Reviewing VOB of each admitted client to confirm information is accurate (to include contracted services & Medicare versus Medicare Advantage coverage) - Updating EHR with any VOB updates or corrections, notifying billing and/or clinic as appropriate - Effective communication with the VOB partner - Batch verification of every active client each month and updating EHR, clinic, and billing as appropriate, using designated workflows - Communicating with clinics and pre-admit teams regarding inquiries about VOBs - Manages VOB and UR portions of internal insurance change process for existing clients that present new insurance, change insurance services, or change self-pay services - Submit requests for pre-certification to UR partner - Review charts for medical necessities, as needed - Submitting and tracking retro authorization requests, as needed - Assist with any assigned projects and analysis Qualifications - Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, good judgment, and capable of making decisions with attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate workload with high degree of proficiency and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to locate and analyze VOB and UR trends - Ability to identify network used for INN payors - Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and inquire about questions or discrepancies when appropriate - Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal direct supervision - Maintains strict confidentiality of patients' medical records and adherence to all HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 laws and regulations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - History of working with insurance in substance abuse and behavioral health treatment, with preference for 2+ years' experience Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family - 401(k) with company match - Life insurance - Pet insurance - CEU reimbursement and paid time for continuing education - Licensure fee reimbursement - Paid vacation and sick time - Closed and paid major holidays Compensation Compensation for this position is based on market analysis and will be determined by additional factors such as location/state, skills, years of experience, relevant credentials, and education. The posted compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Physician/Medical Provider

Role Description Responsible for the medical operations of the program. This includes the clinical and clinical business segments of the clinic. - Creates policies consistent with best practices and ensures the best practices are being followed through establishing quality assurance activities. - Oversees all aspects of medical program design involving all aspects of medical services. This includes: - Criteria for patient intake. - Required components of ongoing patient evaluation. - Dosing practices. - Buprenorphine/methadone and benzodiazepine policies. - Policies on drug screens frequency and actions on those showing unexpected results. - Policies on the use of electronic health record, treatment interventions, management of high-risk patients, management of pregnancy in methadone treatment and availability of adjunct patient outcomes. - Assume responsibility for all medical services and related vendors. - Oversee administrative discharge criteria and procedures. - Coordination of care among the program and referral sources. - Supervise nurses to include competencies and clinical decision making; verify nurses are operating within their scope of practice and delegated tasks; maintain compliance with state statutes and assist in performance reviews and disciplinary actions if needed. - Program Physician shall perform the following services: - Perform the responsibilities of a Program Physician who, under the direction of Medical Director and Program Sponsor, oversees the OTP care of patients admitted to a Facility. - Ensure and verify that each patient admitted to a Facility for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) has a history of opioid use disorder/dependence of sufficient severity and duration for admission to an OTP, and that this history is documented. Qualifications - Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas. - DEA and controlled substance license required. - Experience in directing the business operations and medical programs of addiction treatment practices preferred. Requirements - The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 7:00am-12:00pm CST. • Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, clinic updates, and brand priorities. • Monitor and manage engagement across social channels, including comments, messages, and mentions, while following established guidelines for patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, audience growth, and content effectiveness) and use insights to refine content strategy. • Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and marketing teams to identify content opportunities that highlight patient education, recovery stories, and Symetria’s treatment approach. • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and healthcare marketing best practices to ensure content remains relevant, compliant, and impactful. • Audit and take ownership of Symetria’s existing social media platforms by assessing the current state, cleaning up profiles, and establishing a consistent brand presence. • Build and manage an organic social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others as appropriate. • Evaluate and recommend additional platforms that align with Symetria’s brand, audience, and growth goals. • Develop clear guidelines for responding to inquiries and engaging with audiences across social channels. • Create and manage content that speaks to multiple audiences, including prospective patients, referral partners (PCPs, ERs, courts, employers), MAT patients, and IOP program participants. • Repurpose existing assets—such as blog content, podcast interviews, and clinic-level photography—into engaging, social-ready formats. • Ensure all content complies with platform policies related to addiction, recovery, and mental health while maintaining sensitivity and effectiveness. • Establish the foundation for a scalable social media function as the organization continues to grow.
