Sweet Fish is a strategy-led B2B video partner for companies that want video to drive real business results—pipeline, revenue, and brand growth. We’re hiring a Director of Client Strategy to sit across the table from senior marketing leaders and answer: “If video is supposed to drive pipeline… what should we actually be making, where should it live, and how will we measure success?” This is a senior, client-facing strategy role responsible for owning a portfolio of B2B accounts, driving retention and growth, and ensuring video strategy translates into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Producers (who own execution) while leading strategy, client relationships, and performance. What You’ll Own You’ll own strategy, client health, and growth across ~15–20 B2B accounts: Client Strategy & Leadership - Lead client calls, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) - Act as the strategic advisor to senior marketing stakeholders - Audit clients’ full video and content ecosystem (site, ads, social, sales, events) - Identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive advantages - Build clear video strategies tied to funnel stages, campaigns, and business goals - Translate strategy into creative direction the team can execute Performance, Retention & Growth - Own client retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients toward higher-impact initiatives - Ensure video is effectively distributed, repurposed, and integrated into campaigns - Continuously analyze performance and iterate strategy based on results - Tie video efforts to pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact Team Leadership (Producers) - Partner with Producers to ensure strategy is executed effectively - Provide clear direction, feedback, and prioritization across accounts - Help elevate the strategic thinking of the production team - Step in as needed on key accounts to guide positioning or creative direction Creative & Execution Oversight - Review deliverables and provide actionable feedback - Maintain a high bar for creative quality and effectiveness - Occasionally travel for shoots or strategy sprints to guide direction on set How You’ll Be Measured - Client retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Account growth and expansion - Client satisfaction and strategic trust - Video and campaign performance - Pipeline influence, conversions, and revenue impact Must-Haves - 5+ years in B2B marketing, content strategy, video strategy, or agency client services - Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive business outcomes - Strong presentation skills (comfortable leading executive-level conversations) - Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and distribution - Ability to connect creative decisions to performance and revenue - Strong strategic thinking paired with executional awareness - Experience influencing or guiding cross-functional teams Nice-to-Haves - Experience in a B2B agency environment - Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows - Background in video or content production (but not production-first) This Role Is NOT For You If… - You want to primarily shoot, edit, or produce video - You prefer execution-only roles over strategy and client ownership - You’re not comfortable owning retention, growth, and client outcomes - You don’t enjoy presenting, leading conversations, and challenging clients Role Details - Full-time - Leadership team seat - Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually - Based in Orlando (preferred), open to Remote - Portfolio of 15–20 clients - Monthly client calls + quarterly QBRs - Occasional travel required

We’re hiring a Client-Facing Content Producer who can both run video projects and represent the work. This role sits at the intersection of content, production, and client communication. You’ll own execution across a portfolio of clients while also serving as the person who explains, guides, and reinforces why we’re doing what we’re doing. What You’ll Do You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring strong creative execution, smooth workflows, and a confident client experience from idea to delivery. Run the Machine (Execution) - Turn show strategy into episode plans, outlines, and creative direction - Manage timelines, deliverables, and production workflows - Coordinate editors, designers, and internal teams - Ensure content ships on time and at a high standard Represent the Work (Client-Facing) - Act as the day-to-day client contact - Clearly explain what we’re doing and why - Lead conversations with confidence and structure - Align clients on timelines, deliverables, and creative direction - Proactively flag risks, gaps, or opportunities Contribute to Creative - Develop episode topics, formats, and angles - Contribute ideas for Shorts, social formats, and packaging - Improve hooks, segments, and overall content quality - Help build repeatable, scalable content systems What Success Looks Like - Clients feel confident, aligned, and well-guided - Projects run smoothly with no surprises - Content is clear, intentional, and improving over time - You can independently lead client conversations - You make the work feel strategic — even when it’s simple Must-Haves - Strong communicator — clear, structured, and confident - Comfortable being client-facing and leading conversations - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects - Strong creative instincts for what makes content engaging - Ability to explain decisions, not just execute tasks - 2–4 years experience in video production, content marketing, or client services This Role Is NOT For You If… - You prefer staying behind the scenes and not leading client conversations - You want to specialize primarily as a videographer or editor - You’re uncomfortable explaining or defending creative decisions - You struggle to manage multiple projects and timelines Role Details - Part-time / freelance - $40/hr - Remote - 3–7 clients once fully onboarded - Occasional remote recording support
