• Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals • Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap • Identify new product opportunities through customer insights, data, and market trends • Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points through direct engagement • Synthesize qualitative insights with product and market data • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in adtech and brand lift • Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives • Balance speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-paced environment • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team • Establish clear goals, processes, and accountability across the product organization • Instill a culture of ownership, quality, and customer empathy across the product team • Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Define and track key product metrics to measure success

• Provide ongoing DevOps and security guidance to engineering and leadership • Review current infrastructure (cloud, CI/CD, access controls) and recommend improvements • Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments • Advise on and help implement best practices across cloud security, IAM, and data protection • Support incident response for security-related events, as well as helping refine our incident response procedures • Review and strengthen deployment pipelines and system architecture • Assist with security tooling selection and implementation (monitoring, alerting, vulnerability scanning) • Help ensure alignment with SOC 2 and general compliance standards • Partner with engineering on secure system design and new builds when needed • Document recommendations and maintain lightweight security playbooks
