• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders • Communicate with renters by phone, text and email • Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and sometimes utility providers • Assist with other activities to support clients and growing team

• Inside Sales & Customer Support: Assist renters with placing utility orders • Phone Support: Make outgoing calls to follow up • Additional Client or Other Support as time allows

• Support onboarding for new partners, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption • Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized accounts with guidance from senior team members • Respond to partner inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience • Monitor account health metrics and flag risks or expansion opportunities • Assist with revenue growth initiatives • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting • Contribute to improving internal processes as we continue to scale

• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers. • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database. • Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any discrepancies. • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate and update reports as required. • Willingness to make phone calls to providers to ensure accuracy for provider.
