Responsible for development and management of Critical Power projects in Ireland with the added accountability for account management with Key sales opportunities. Qualifications - Proven sales/key account management experience at a high level. - Ability to work alone, self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed with good time management skills. - Effective team player when working with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output. - Good strong leadership skills with some management experience. - Good problem-solving skills and logical approach. - Good understanding of client expectations and the impact of failure/costs. - Good understanding of critical resilience applications across the power and hire sectors. - FM knowledge and experience advantageous. - Health and safety experience and knowledge. - Understanding of electrical safety rules. - Good soft skills and relationship building. - Ability to make decisions. - Ability to take direction. - Ability to prioritise and manage tasks. - Computing skills. The purpose of this role is to deliver engaging, learner‑centred training solutions that build capability across the organisation, combining effective in‑person and virtual facilitation with high‑quality digital learning created using tools such as Articulate and Vyond. - Deliver engaging, learner‑centric training that meets business requirements, using a mix of classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches. - Adapt facilitation style dynamically to suit different audiences, learning preferences, and delivery environments. - Use coaching, group discussion, scenario‑based activities, and guided practice to deepen understanding and encourage active participation. - Support learners before, during, and after sessions through pre‑work, digital resources, and follow‑up activities to embed learning. - Design, storyboard, and build high‑quality digital learning materials using Articulate (Rise/Storyline) and Vyond to create interactive, modern, and visually engaging learning experiences. - Convert face‑to‑face content into digital formats while maintaining instructional integrity and learner engagement. - Develop microlearning, animations, scenario‑based modules, knowledge checks, and blended‑learning materials to support scalable training delivery. - Ensure all digital learning complies with accessibility, branding, tone‑of‑voice, and quality standards. - Collaborate with the L&D Digital Lead where needed to ensure consistency with wider digital‑learning strategy. Qualifications - Experienced in a similar role working for a large multi-site business. - Flexible and prepared to travel with regular overnight stays. - Effective representation of the business to colleagues in all situations. - A track record in preparing and delivering training across a diverse organisation. - Excellent time management and organisational skills. - Creative individual with an innovative and passionate approach to delivering training. - Proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint. - Experience creating digital content using publishing software. - Excellent presentation, communication, and motivational skills. - Clean driving licence. - Training qualification (EAT 3 Certificate or equivalent) - Desirable. - Previous experience using Articulate and Vyond - Desirable.
