• Lead and conversion leadership of a team of Client Success Partners • Operate and enforce qualification standards and CRM discipline • Lead regular lead pipeline reviews • Oversee the intake, qualification, and routing of opportunities into the STS process • Activate and support advisor relationships within existing referral partner networks • Partner closely with Managing Directors to support effective opportunity progression • Collaborate with the marketing team for effective feedback and handoff of interest into lead management
