• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the assigned market, ensuring alignment with firm, sector, and operational goals. • Own market-level financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, backlog, utilization, and forecasting. • Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, including managers and senior technical leaders, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning. • Oversee project delivery across the market, ensuring quality, consistency, risk management, and adherence to contractual obligations. • Partner with Business Development and technical leaders to identify growth opportunities, support pursuit strategies, and expand client relationships within the market. • Maintain executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts and complex issues. • Collaborate with sector and shared services leadership (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure consistent application of policies, processes, and performance standards. • Drive resource planning and workforce strategies, including hiring, deployment, development, and retention of engineering talent. • Establish and monitor market goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and internal risk management practices. • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the market. • Represent the firm internally and externally, reinforcing Stratus Team’s brand, values, and professional reputation.
