• You will own product direction for a critical part of the business. • That includes identifying the right problems, shaping where we invest, and ensuring what we build creates real customer and business value. • You will work across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to turn ambiguous opportunities into focused decisions and shipped outcomes. • You will also serve as a key bridge between the local Tokyo team and global leadership, ensuring market reality and execution insight meaningfully shape product strategy.

• Design, build, test, evaluate, monitor, and tweak AI automation workflows • Develop and refine prompts for various AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) focusing on accuracy and efficiency • Create workflows that utilize AI agents, defining their tasks and interactions • Work with stakeholders across the group to understand business needs and deploy AI solutions • Monitor and improve the performance of prompts, workflows, and AI agents • Keep and share detailed records of prompts, best practices, and agentic workflows
