If so, Store Space is looking to hire a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to join our Call Center team! The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 with a competitive monthly bonus structure. As the Inbound Sales Agent, you will: - Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. - Help callers select the best storage space to fit their needs. - Meet daily goals centered around courteous, timely, and professional service. - Lead by example and demonstrate our CORE values. - Directly impact our company's growth and success. - Sharpen your skills and build relationships. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent education required. - Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel). - Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment is a plus. - Action-oriented, focused on optimizing work processes. - Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in your professional development. Requirements - Our Call Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 am-11:00 pm EST. - Post-training, your work schedule may include shifts during any of our operating days/times, including nights and weekends. - You must be flexible and available for scheduling. - Job Location: Remote but residing in one of the following states: Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania & Georgia.
