Role Description The Senior Account Executive serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving long-term growth, customer engagement, and market expansion specifically within the data center segment. A core requirement of this role is in-depth, proven experience working with data center accounts and understanding their critical infrastructure needs. This role builds trusted executive-level relationships, develops and executes targeted account strategies, and collaborates across internal teams to deliver innovative energy, cooling, and infrastructure solutions tailored to data center environments. - Act as one of the executive points of contact for the customer, cultivating trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across sustainability, infrastructure, operations, and procurement. - Develop strategic, enterprise-wide relationships with the customer to advance shared objectives in clean energy adoption, data center efficiency, thermal management, and digital transformation. - Lead joint account planning, co-innovation initiatives, and the alignment of go-to-market strategies to optimize growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. - Gain a deep understanding of customer business priorities and translate these insights into actionable solutions, leveraging the full breadth of Stellar Energy’s portfolio. - Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with teammates and cross-functional partners to develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the account. - Demonstrate thought leadership and provide actionable market insights within the customer’s ecosystem to shape effective strategies. - Take ownership in driving revenue growth and expanding market share, positioning Stellar Energy’s solutions as differentiated and industry-leading. - Identify and cultivate opportunities for joint development, pilot projects, and co-innovation initiatives. - Oversee the complete sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close specific to the account. - Cultivate unparalleled domain authority in the data center market, translating deep subject matter expertise into actionable strategies. - Deliver strategic foresight by analyzing customer’s investment trajectories, emerging technologies, and policy shifts. - Orchestrate and nurture high-impact strategic alliances within customer’s ecosystem. - Champion the adoption of high-efficiency and sustainable cooling solutions in data center environments. - Steer internal product innovation and commercial roadmaps by embedding crucial customer feedback and market intelligence. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related discipline required. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required. - 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account leadership, or global partner management, with a strong focus on data center clients. - Experience managing hyperscale and colocation data center customers. - Proven track record managing large, complex, global accounts and delivering transformational customer partnerships. - Exceptional commercial acumen with expertise in energy, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions. - Demonstrated ability to build trusted executive relationships and drive joint value creation. - Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills with experience leading in a matrixed global organization. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Role Description The Director of Service Sales is a leadership role responsible for setting and executing the commissioning strategy for complex data center projects and related infrastructure deployments. This position leads end-to-end commissioning activities across planning, pre-commissioning, testing, validation, startup, handover, and early operations support to ensure systems, data assets, and operational processes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements. - Drive operational excellence across commissioning, service delivery, quality, safety, subcontractor performance, and resource planning. - Requires strong technical depth, executive presence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth, high-complexity environments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Building Systems, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. - Significant leadership experience in data center commissioning, mission critical environments, building systems startup, or complex infrastructure execution. - Strong technical background in commissioning, controls, data systems, automation, electrical/mechanical systems, or related engineering disciplines. - Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high customer expectations. - Strong financial and operational acumen, including labor forecasting, subcontractor management, and margin awareness. Requirements - Anticipated up to 15% travel for this position. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary. - Must be authorized to work in the USA.
