• Ship and support AI-native products from concept to production. • Apply sound judgment on building and maintaining high-performing production ML systems. • Stay deeply informed on the latest machine learning research and developments. • Collaborate with a team of strong engineers; serve as a mentor and resource for other high-potential ML engineers.

• Build, own, and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all channels, starting with logo and design system development • Design core brand and marketing assets including website visuals, social content, pitch decks, product marketing, and launch materials • Partner closely with founders, marketing, and product to translate strategy into a clear, compelling visual storytelling • Establish and maintain lightweight brand guidelines, templates, and systems that scale with the company • Balance big-picture brand thinking with rapid execution across multiple projects and priorities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding). • Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product. • Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed. • Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team. • Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.
