Role Description As a Project Manager at STAT, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technology projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. - Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones. - Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and dependencies. - Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to team members. - Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among team members. - Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. - Proactively address challenges to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity. - Monitor resource availability and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changing priorities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, status, and key milestones. - Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner. - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer requirements. - Conduct thorough testing and validation to identify and resolve any issues or defects. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management framework. - Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven track record managing software/technology projects from initiation to delivery. - Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar). - Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Requirements - Agile/Scrum methodology experience (if you use those frameworks). - Budget management experience ($X - $Y project budgets). - Vendor/contractor management experience. - Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams. - Customer-facing experience in SaaS/tech environments. - Data-driven approach to project metrics and reporting. • Engage, retain and expand your designated BOB • Develop and maintain close relationships with your clients to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding their expectations across all STAT service offerings • Maintain frequent contact with your portfolio of clients (approx. 50 accounts) on a regular basis (anywhere from daily, weekly or monthly touch points) depending on service scope via email, phone, and Zoom • Ownership of the client journey from the Sales > CX handoff and corresponding engagement, retention, expansion and revenue impact • Detailed internal account management, organization, and communication, along with service execution & monitoring to ensure value, retention, and excellent client experience • Cross collaboration with internal departments (Sales/Dev/Analysts/Product) to ensure a fluid client experience along with the execution of all client requests, questions, needs, and business goals spanning multiple retailers • Identify opportunities where we can provide additional value-add services to our clients and internally work with relevant departments to execute
