• Provide direct care and ADL support (meals, hygiene, daily routines) • Support community outings (parks, activities, recreational engagement) • Use behavioral support strategies and trauma-informed care • Build a consistent, trusting relationship • Encourage social skills, independence, and communication • Maintain structured routines and smooth transitions • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment • Complete documentation and daily notes

• Lead marketing and outreach efforts to grow Empowered Services’ presence in local and surrounding communities • Identify and connect with organizations, locations, and events that serve or engage the I/DD community • Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, resource fairs, and outreach opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local organizations • Support customers and providers who reach out with questions or challenges when other admin staff are unavailable • Assist with general administrative tasks and daily operations as needed
