• Maintain an active presence on campuses in the region and cultivate relationships with student leaders, on-campus professionals, and regionally based partners • Identify, train, and guide students in becoming successful leaders within their campus communities • Instill a strong foundation and understanding of Israel’s history, society, current events, and Zionism within students in your network • Mentor and assist students with campus leadership, engagement, relationship-building, and program-planning • Monitor and track anti-Israel and antisemitic activity in the region and spearhead responsive strategies in partnership with students, partners, and campus stakeholders • Coordinate efforts with other StandWithUs Departments to provide students and partners well-rounded support and resources, both proactively and responsively as needed • Recruit, select, and directly mentor a cohort of StandWithUs Emerson Fellows in your region through monthly educational sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, and personalized goal setting; provide a similar level of support for other leadership programs in the department like FLI: First-Year Leadership Internship and other student opportunities • Travel to various campuses within the region and coordinate meetings with students, on-campus professionals, and other campus stakeholders; arrange travel to also include StandWithUs presentations and programs • Learn StandWithUs workshops and presentations and offer yourself as a speaker to campuses and communities in the region • Participate in StandWithUs conferences as a staff member, which includes facilitating assigned workshops and helping with pre-conference prep • Document student activities and other important campus milestones within established tracking systems • Maintain open and regular communication with StandWithUs Campus supervisors and participate in team calls and activities • Communicate frequently with regional StandWithUs staff regarding campus activities and incidents • Participate in local chapter activities and events • Coordinate efforts and outreach with regional counterparts to best serve the local community • Establish relationships with local community leaders and assist regional staff with fundraising efforts
High School Regional Manager

• Present educational programs, workshops, and lead interactive discussions on topics related to Israel and combating antisemitism for high school students, professionals in the high school space, and community and parent audiences. • Provide educational resources and material to student leaders and mentor them on activism, leadership, and programming skills. • Lead recruitment and outreach efforts to high school students and teachers of all faiths. • Build community, develop, and cultivate professional networks with relevant organizations and professionals in the region. • Assist in the planning and execution of local, regional, and national conferences and summits. • Track and respond to antisemitic incidents in the high school space within the region. • Communicate and facilitate efforts with local StandWithUs Community Chapter (i.e., event organization and promotion). • Maintain a high level of knowledge related to Israel, the Middle East, and topics related to the Jewish community with regards to antisemitism.
Campus Strategy Operations Manager

• Operationalize strategic guidance into concrete response assets, including communications to administrators, factsheets, student-facing campaigns, visual materials, and other rapid-response tools. • Support efficient, coordinated response across multiple campuses simultaneously, particularly during periods of heightened activity. • Work with internal partners (Campus, Research & Strategy, Legal, Digital, Media) once response pathways are identified, ensuring timely execution and clear handoffs. • Support proactive campus initiatives by helping prepare response materials, campaigns, or engagement tools in advance of anticipated campus activity. • Track active campus incidents and responses to ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of support for students and Campus Regional Managers. • Support accountability and best practices by helping ensure Campus Regional Managers have the information, tools, and guidance needed to engage effectively. • Document actions taken, outcomes, and lessons learned to close cases and strengthen institutional memory. • Manage the operational and logistical aspects of StandWithUs Experiential Israel Programs, including maintaining inventory and scheduling programs. • Ensure program continuity and documentation to support future planning and improvement. • Maintain organized records of campus incidents, response actions, and outcomes to support continuity and long-term learning. • Support the development and upkeep of internal systems that enable efficient coordination, early awareness, and strategic planning over time. • Surface recurring operational challenges and needs to senior campus strategy leadership. • Travel to campuses during high-impact moments to assist students and partners. • Provide on-site operational support to students, Campus Regional Managers, and campus partners as appropriate.
Creative, Digital Media Manager

• Own all graphic design execution for OCU and The OCU Chronicle, including daily social media graphics, campaign assets, educational infographics, website visuals, digital ads, printed materials, presentations, pitch decks, merchandise, and event signage • Execute and uphold brand guidelines across all platforms and assets • Translate concepts, campaigns, and messaging into visually compelling, on-brand designs that reflect OCU’s joyful and unapologetic tone • Design merchandise and campaign visuals that resonate with students and campus communities • Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels) highlighting students, events, campaigns, and educational content • Edit long-form video and audio content for The OCU Chronicle, including student interviews with thought leaders, for use on Substack, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube • Ensure high-quality production standards across all video and multimedia content • Support visual and design updates for OCU and OCU Chronicle websites, including asset creation, layout support, and content execution • Collaborate with leadership to ensure digital platforms reflect current campaigns, priorities, and storytelling needs • Track and report on Instagram and website analytics for OCU and The OCU Chronicle • Monitor performance trends and share insights with leadership to inform creative and digital decisions • Support ongoing optimization of visual content based on engagement and performance data • Set monthly social media KPIs and growth goals, and present a weekly report to the team on social media growth and learnings • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO to support organizational goals, campaigns, and initiatives • Collaborate with student ambassadors, contributors, and partners to visually amplify their work and stories • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution across platforms.
• Edit and fact-check drafts of written materials created by various StandWithUs departments, such as web pages, articles, social media content, booklets, factsheets, presentations, and statements. • Identify powerful and appropriate imagery to accompany written materials. • Address complex issues in simple language that is widely understood, without losing meaning, nuance, or accuracy. • Adapt and build on existing StandWithUs resources and messaging. • Communicate consistently and professionally with colleagues, partner organizations, students, and other StandWithUs stakeholders. • Assist in the planning and execution of local, regional, and national conferences, events, and summits if needed.
